TCM Group has operated as a trusted long term distributor and supplier of world class products from UK, Europe and USA to Hong Kong pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, laboratories, universities and retail sectors.

This role requires an individual who is energetic, proactive, willing to learn and takes the initiative to help others.

This position offers a collaborative environment where you will function as a key member of our accounting team. You will work closely with peer accountants to ensure departmental goals are met while receiving direct mentorship and guidance from the Accounting Manager.


Work Locations: Lai Chi Kok Head Office

Work Schedule:
5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm.
No travel is required


Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming invoices, verify billing accuracy, and manage timely payments to suppliers & vendors. Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input financial transactions into the accounting system and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Reconciliations: Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and verify general ledger entries to ensure data integrity.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the senior accounting team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general office tasks, including answering financial inquiries, assisting with audits, and managing expense reports.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or office administration role; experience within an SME is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software (SAP).
  • Attributes: Energetic and eager to learn. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Language: Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
