TCM Group has operated as a trusted long term distributor and supplier of world class products from UK, Europe and USA to Hong Kong pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, laboratories, universities and retail sectors.

Work Location: Lai Chi Kok Head Office

Work Schedule:
5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm.
Extensive travel within HK is required.


Key Responsibilities

·      Sales & Business Development: Conduct daily visits to public and private hospitals and medical facilities centers to sell surgical products and maximize market penetration in Hong Kong.

·      Market Expansion: Identify new customers and market opportunities to expand sales into new hospital departments.

·      Sales Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on leads, enquiries, and customer quotations.

·      Products Demonstration: Prepare and deliver professional product presentations or live demonstrations for medical professionals.

·      Customer Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with existing clients.

·      Consultative Selling: Understand specific customer needs to recommend suitable medical and surgical solutions.

·      Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries and complaints, providing swift and professional resolutions.

·      Strategic Feedback: Proactive communicate customer feedback on existing products and potential new product developments to Management.

·      Sales Coordination & Operations – Collaborate with sales admin and warehouse teams to ensure accurate pricing, stock availability, and timely delivery requirements.

·      Tender & Inventory Strategy: Follow up on tenders, contract renewals, and develop sales strategies for slow moving items.

·      Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of exhibitions, promotional events, and demonstration sessions.

·      Sales Operations & Market Intelligence Updates: Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, forecasts, and market intelligence.

·      Activity Tracking: Prepare weekly and monthly sales visit reports.

·      Competitive Analysis: Maintain up to date knowledge of product specifications, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Requirements

·      Education: Diploma or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Biotechnology, Communications or a related discipline.

·      Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales. Experience within the medical supplies, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.

·      Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

·      Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and AI tools to enhance administrative efficiency and reporting.

·      Attributes: Highly organized, responsible, and capable of working independently while maintaining a team oriented mindset is standard benchmark.
