Work Location: Tuen Mun Warehouse Facility

Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm.
Local travel within HK is required.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management: Support warehouse manager in warehouse operation, monitor storage conditions (temperature & humidity) and maintain 100% stock accuracy.

Inventory Management and Record Keeping: Support warehouse manager with managing inventory records in hardcopy and ERP format, such as SAP.

Logistics Coordination: Support our sales team with incoming products shipment and coordinating with third party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.

Documentation & Audit: Handling of all necessary shipping documents and delivery notes, maintaining meticulous records for internal and external audits.

Requirements

Education: Secondary 5 / DSE level or above (Candidates for supervisory roles with relevant certificates or diplomas will be prioritized).

Experience: Previous warehouse experience (Experience in pharmaceutical logistics or medical products is preferred).

Documentation: Proficient in handling warehouse records and documentation.

Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a warehouse office environment. Must be able to lift and move products weighing up to 30 lbs (14kg) independently.

Compliance: Ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Attention to Details.

Language: Fluent in Cantonese; ability to read simple English labels and instructions.

Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel) is an advantage.
