Work Location: Lai Chi Kok Head Office

Work Schedule:
5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm.
Limited local travel within HK is required.


Key Responsibilities

·      Sales Lead & Sales Management: Prepare and follow up on customer quotations; purchase orders and sales invoices in SAP. Conduct proactive telephone and email communication to drive repeat orders and nurture long term client relationships.

·      Logistics & Dispatch Coordination: Liaise closely with the warehouse to arrange on time dispatches and ensure applicable and accurate delivery documentation accompanies every shipment.

·      New Products Installation & Service Support: Coordinate installation & maintenance service appointments with customers and designated third party service vendor.

·      Progress Monitoring: Proactively follow up on repair status and preventive maintenance cycles to meet client schedules and service requirement.

·      Regulatory & Technical Documentation: Maintain meticulous service logs and equipment documentation; manage spare parts procurement and technical files to ensure full compliance with internal standards.

·      Customer Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries and complaints, working directly with management to provide swift and professional resolutions.

·      Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock expiry dates and coordinate clearance actions; manage the replacement of goods and managing returns.

·      Data & Compliance Management: Maintain and update the customer database, sales records, and technical documentation relating to both suppliers and customers.

Requirements

·      Education: Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related discipline.

·      Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or customer service. Experience within the medical supplies, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.

·      Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

·      Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and AI tools to enhance administrative efficiency and reporting.

·      Attributes: Highly organized, responsible, and capable of working independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
